- 1.75 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2.5 oz (6 tablespoon) vegetable shortening
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- vanilya sekeri (try 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract)

Slightly beat the sugar
and the eggs.
Add other ingredients,
knead the mixture into a dough. When you lift the dough, it should come
off the bowl without sticking.
Use your cookie bag with
your favorite tip to extrude the cookies.
Bake at 175 degrees Celcius
for 15 minutes.
